121833 | Write about Gram and about her death with Jean and Dad. Lillian's cemetery record is on page 126, item # 3201 of the Mayflower C emetery in Taunton Ma, in the Taunton City Hall. The record reads that s he died at age 88 years, 6 months, 5 days. 08/19/00 Found out on our 2000 tour of Scotland and England that Reid was a clan i n Scotland also but, not one of the original clans. They broke away from the Robertson Clan to form their own. The name Reid means RED in the old Galic language and many of the people that broke away had red hair, thus the Reid Clan in Scotland. Oddly enough, my grandmother Reid had very red hair all her life. We were also able to see the clan plaid that each of the different Scotish Clans developed for themselves, including the Reid clan plaid. Write about Gram and the card games at the cottage on the cape and also write about the Jellyfish incident. Gram seemed to have the good ability to think things through well. I have other information about the Reids that I will document in another Family tree file. | Reid, Lillian Harriet (I2)
