- Edith and Raymond were married by Rev. B.T. Stafford, Raymond's father, in Albion, NY. This was Edith's parent's home at the time. (Henry and Lorinda Rockefeller Lasher). Henry was a basket salesman to the fresh fruit industry. Kenneth L. Bush of Jordan was best man. Edith roomed at 18 N. Main St. and taught English at Jordan High School.
Raymond was an Electrician and retired from American Locomotive Company in Auburn, NY.
Raymond and Edith lived in several places in Jordan, eventually settling on the southwest corner of Hill and S. Main St. This is where the three children grew up.
