Married:
Amanda M. Stafford m. John Duvall on 10 July 1854 in Highland Co, OH. [McBrides' marriage book, p. 68]. Was he the same John Duvall who died on 8 Sep 1854 at age 31-5-2? The age difference makes the marriage seem unlikely, but it isn't obvious that any of the other John Duvalls listed in McBrides' cemetery book would be correct either. Perhaps the John Duvall to whom she was married is buried in another county? Even though Amanda died in Aug 1860, she should have been listed in the 1860 census (possibly with John Duvall, unless he is the one who died in 1854), but she/they have not yet been found. Can anyone clarify?
