John Henshaw Jr.
John Staley Henshaw Jr., 72, of Newburgh, died at 1:45 p.m. Saturday at We
lborn Baptist Hospital.
He retired in 1988 as head power plant operator after 33 years at Whirlpo
ol Corp.
He was a Navy veteran, a member of American Legion Kapperman Post 44 and e
njoyed fishing, biking and gardening.
Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Fannie; three daughters, R. Sue Doty a
nd Stacey L. Appell, both of Evansville, and Kathie M. Henshaw-Crowe .
Fannie died Apr 8 1997, Welborn Hospital, Evansville, Vanderburgh Count
y, Indiana; age 68; buried Sunset Memorial Park,Evansville, Indiana.a,2
