He had been in failing health for about a year.Mr. Stafford was a member of the McKendree Methodist Church north of New Carlisle.He was born near here 10 Jan 1882, and was a son of ***JOEL and Josephine Duncan STAFFORD.Survivors include his widow, Samantha; two step-sons, Lloyd Kennedy of Springfield and Floyd Kennedy of Toledo...."
