  CORTLAND - Kenneth V. Stafford, 40, of E. Homer Road, died Saturday at Veterans Administration Hospital, Syracuse. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Homer Avenue Methodist Church, the Rev. William S. Calkins Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Cortland Rural Cemetery. Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Beard Memorial Home. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Evelyn Clark Stafford; a son, Kenneth Stafford Jr.; two daughters, Misses Linda and Patricia Stafford; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Stafford of Blodgett Mills; and a sister, Mrs. Donald Declero of McLean. He was employed by Downes Bros. Garage, Homer. He was a member of Homer Avenue Methodist Church and was a veteran of World War II. He graduated from Cortland High School and State University Agricultural and Technical Institute at Morrisville. -Syracuse Post Standard, 7 Aug 1967
