  Last rites for Edwin Neill Stafford were conducted from the Scotland Baptist Church with Rev. O. E. Fairley and Rev. Leslie Nabors officiating. Mr. Stafford passed away November seventh at the Baptist Hospital in Jackson. Burial was in the church cemetery with Lee Funeral Home in charge. Born in Montgomery County, January 29, 1885, Mr. Stafford had been married to the former Miss Myrtle Johnston for 39 years. He was a member of the Scotland Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife of Winona, two daughters, Miss Annie Laura Stafford of Winona and Mrs. Carl Butler, Greenville, two brothers, Neill Stafford, Greenville, Hart Stafford, Bloomfield, New Jersey, four sisters, Mrs. Robert Reese, Winona, Mrs. Claudia Post, Tallulah, Louisiana, Daisy Lilly Castle of McGee and Mrs. W. W. Gordon of Memphis, Tennessee, two brothers, Scott Stafford, New Orleans, Louisiana and Robert Stafford of Columbus and four grandchildren. The Winona Times Winona, MS November 15, 1962
