  Obituary: Funeral services for Hart Stafford, age 73, of Winona, were held November 22, 2002 at graveside at Scotland Cemetery with Rev. Gregg Woodard officiating. Burial was held at Scotland Cemetery near Winona with Oliver Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Stafford died November 21, 2002, in Winona Manor Nursing Home. He was a member of the Scotland Baptist Church and U. S. Army Veteran of the Korean War. Survivors include his wife, Dona Stafford of Winona; sisters, Annie Laura Graves of Grenada, Blanche Butler of Ocean Springs; brother, Neal Stafford of Winona; nephews, James Stafford of Southhaven, Stephen Stafford of Brandon, Carl Butler of Cairo Egypt and Edwin Butler of New Roads, LA; several great nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Denny Lisenbee, Rayford Lisenbee, Walter Johnson, Billy Armstrong, Cecil Kirk, Stephen Stafford and James Stafford. The Winona Times November 28, 2002
