  MUNCIE--Mrs. Ethel Grimm, 89, passed away Thursday morning, August 12, 2004 at Ball Memorial Hospital after an extended illness. She was born in Cicero, West Virginia to Edward and Clara (Hutchinson) Stafford. Ethel attended schools in West Virginia. She was a homemaker. Ethel married William Booker Grimm on November 25, 1936 and enjoyed 55 years of marriage. Survivors include four children, Jack Grimm of Muncie, IN, John Grimm of Brookville, KY, Nina Longfellow (husband-Pat) of Muncie, IN, and Doris Parton of Eljohn, CA; one brother, Jack Stafford 17 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Ethel was preceded in death by parents; husband; one son, Robert Grimm; one daughter, Joyce May; and several brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, August 13, 2004 at Parson Mortuary, 801 W. Adams St. Calling hours are one hour prior to services Friday, August 13, 2004.
