ROY COFFMAN - Obituary
Age 82, of Sutherlin, Oregon, passed away November 8, 2007. Roy was born May 14, 1925, in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, son of John and Alene (Stafford) Coffman.
He was a World War II veteran. He retired from Operating Engineer Local 12 in Las Vegas, Nevada, and a longtime self employed businessman in Las Vegas.
He is survived by his loving wife, Ruth Coffman, of Sutherlin; two sons, Kenneth and Ralph Coffman both of Sacramento, California; two daughters, Delores Diedrick of Las Vegas; Tresa Neville, of Sacramento; brothers, Hugh L. and Harold Coffman both of Las Vegas; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; step-children, Randy Grossman, of Illinois; Nancy and Cindy of Las Vegas; 10 step-grandchildren and 11 great-step-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and four sisters, Margie Lopez; Charlene Davis; Udeena McNeeley; and Bonnie Rutherford. Funeral services will be held November 13, at 1 p.m., at the Calapooia Free Methodist Church, 333 Church Road, Sutherlin. Burial will follow at Fair Oaks Cemetery in Sutherlin. . . .
