• Notes

  He was one of the first settlers of Wethersfield, Conn. Sgt John Nott was a man of note in his day and generation. He represented the town of Wethersfield in the General Court several times. His will is in the Probate Court Records, Hartford, CT. He came to Wethersfield, CT in 1640, and died there on January 25, 1681/2. His burial place is uncertain.
