Burial will follow in the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community of Jackson County, TN. . . . Mr. Stafford passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. He was born June 12, 1943, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Charlie Herd and Rose Leaner Stafford. He was a factory employee and worked in construction. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include 2 Brothers: Billy E. Stafford and Luke E. Stafford, both of Gainesboro, TN; and 2 Sisters: Ruth Sue Byers of Hendersonville, TN and Sara L. Herren of Silver Point, TN.
