McCoinsville Community of Jackson County.
Mr. Stafford died on Friday, March 17, 2000, at the Select Specialty Hospital in Nashville.
He was born on July 27, 1935, in Jackson County to the late Henderson and Lucindy Haney Stafford.
Mr. Stafford was a retired machine operator. He was a member of the Dudney's Hill Church of Christ and a
resident of the Roaring River Community of Jackson County.
On June 16, 1955, Mr. Stafford married Mable Stafford who survives.
In addition to his wife, his family includes his son, Roger (Devina) Stafford, Jr. of Gainesboro; grandchildren: Amber and Joey Jones of Gainesboro, TN; brothers: Eugene (Margaret) and Ray (Bunie) Stafford of Gainesboro; and sister, Briney Jewel Hammock of Gainesboro.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Clifford, Fred and James H. Stafford; and three sisters, Nannie Mayberry, Mattie Stafford and Onia
