Funeral services for Mrs. Bonnie Juanita Phann, 70, of Baxter, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Friday, November 3, 2017, at AndersonUpper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5 P.M. -8 P.M., Thursday from 1P.M.8P.M., and on Friday from 10 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Monday, October 30, 2017, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. She was born July 15, 1947, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Sam Stafford and Hallie Biggs Stafford. On January 27, 1966, she was married to the late Mack A. Phann, who passed away November 17, 2011. She was a homemaker, and loved spending time with her family. She was a very generous and loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 3 Brothers: George Dillard Stafford, Sam Dow Stafford, and Daniel Lee Stafford; and 3 Sisters: JoHelen Hammock, Mae Ellen Mayberry, and Frankie Keith. Survivors include 2 Sons: Mack (Kimberly) Phann, Jr. of Baxter, TN, and Michael (Kathy Horn) Phann of Baxter, TN; 1 Daughter: Kathy Leasure of Wayne, MI; 4 Grandchildren: Tia Phann, Taylor Phann, Trenten Phann, and Maddie Horn; 2 Great Grandchildren: Khloe Phann and Lola Rose Phann; 2 Brothers: Jack Stafford and Paul (Moline) Stafford, both of Gainesboro, TN; and 2 Sisters: Sarah Harp of Sparta, TN, and Janie Uhles of Smith County, TN.Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital by contacting the funeral home.
