Opal was born October 4, 1920 in Carthage, MO. She was the daughter of William Willis and Nancy "Patrick" Willis.
Opal was a lifelong resident of Carthage . She was a cashier at Pronto in Joplin.
Opal was united in marriage to Orville Pippin on January 9, 1937. He preceded her in death on March, 1988.
Opal was married to Kenneth Bray, March 13, 1989 in Miami Oklahoma. He survives.
Opal is survived by one daughter Sharon Haskins of Carthage, MO and one step daughter, Nancy Moreau of Derby, KS, three step sons, Gary Bray of Riverside, CA, Ronnie Bray of Medford, OR, and Ben Bray of Paola, KS,
One sister Georgia Trent of Carthage, MO, three brothers Harold Willis of Carthage, MO, Wayne Willis of Carthage, MO, and Dale Willis of Wichita, KS,
eleven grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Opal was preceded in death by two daughters Wanda Hansen and Patsy Kisling and five sisters Florence Brewer, Juanita Bray, Dorothy Parsons, Betty Branson, and June Snyder.

Burial will be at Park Cemetery, Carthage, MO. Arrangements are under the direction of the Ulmer Funeral Home.
