Cynthia Mae Willis Jackson - Obituary
Cynthia Mae Willis Jackson, 74, of Norman Park died Saturday, Sept. 24, 2005 at The Colquitt Regional Medical Center in Moultrie, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27, at Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Larry Kilgore officiating. Burial will follow at Cobb Suncrest Memorial Gardens.
Born Oct. 5, 1930 in Telequa, Okla., Mrs. Jackson was the daughter of the late Florence Atkinson Willis and the late Almus Willis.
She was preceded in death by her daughters Melvadine Renae Bailey Jones and Ginger Ann Jackson Jones.
Survivors include her husband Paul A. Jackson of Norman Park;
sons, Almus James Bailey of Nunnely, Tenn., Herbert Henry Bailey of White Bluff, Tenn., Vernon Dale Bailey of Riverton, Wyo.,
David Franklin Bailey of Dixon, Tenn., William Andrew Bailey of Columbia, Tenn., and Gerald Arthur Jackson of Bainbridge;
daughters, Donna Francine Thompson of Columbia, Tenn., Verna Corolene Szentmantoni of Okeechobee, Fla., and Mary Jane Archer of Point Saint Lucie, Fla.;
brothers, Jess Willis of Okeechobee, Fla., Jim Wills of Florida, Delbert Willis of Montana and Ted Willis of Oklahoma;
sisters, Ann Surls and Mandy Gilman of Okeechobee, Fla., Lillie Lanier of Dunnellen, Fla., and Dora Rogers of Oregon;
30 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Cobb Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
