  (twin) Jesse A. Willis - NewsZapFL - (Jan/6/2009) (Florida) - Obituary Jesse A. Willis, 78 OKEECHOBEE - Jesse A. Willis, of Okeechobee, died Thursday, Jan. 1, 2009, in Raulerson Hospital. Born on Oct. 5, 1930, in Talequah, Okla., he has resided in Okeechobee for over 45 years and enjoyed gardening and fishing. He is preceded in death by four brothers and a twin sister. Survivors include two sons, Andrew Willis of Mexico, Mo., and Chris Willis of Okeechobee; two brothers, Delbert Willis (Mary) of Kansas City, Mo., Ted Willis (Naomi) of Welling, Okla.; and four sisters, Dora Rogers of Portland, Ore., Lillie Lanier (Audery) of Dennellon, Mandy Gilman (Mosco) of Okeechobee and Ann Surls also of Okeechobee. There are several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visiting hours and services were on Monday, Jan. 5, 2009, at the Old Regular Baptist Church on SW 10th Avenue. Burial followed at Evergreen Cemetery. All arrangements were under the direction and care of the Buxton Funeral Home and Crematory.
