Crawford, 76, of North 150 West, died at 11:37 p.m. on Saturday, March 10, 2012, at Hospice of south Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. Carmen was born in Lawrence County on December 15, 1935 to the late Thomas and Elva Glodena Goodman Stafford. She married Howard Wayne Crawford on November 24, 1955 at Pinhook Christian Church. Carmen is survived by her husband, Howard Wayne Crawford; daughters, Mechael (Gary) Charbonneau of Bloomington, Nicole (Danny) Hollander of Nashville; grandchildren, John Gage, Jessica Gago, Abigail Hollander, Aubrey Hollander; sister, Deanna Beth Moore of Bedford; and several nieces and nephews. Carmen is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Amaryliss Dawn Flynn and Maribelle Kast. A funeral will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home, Bedford, with John Sichting officiating. Family and friends may call from 4 – 8 p.m. on Wednesday at Barkes, Weaver and Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street in Columbus. Burial will be at Pinhook Cemetery, Pinhook, IN.
