  Buried: Clara Ellen Parham of Bedford, IN, died Friday, August 29, 2003, at Dunn Memorial Hospital. Born on October 1, 1915, in Lawrence County, IN, she was the daughter of Berlin and Goldia (Harrell) Stafford. She married J. Edward Parham on December 24, 1936, and he preceded her in death. Surviving are one son, James E. Parham of Maitland, FL; one daughter, Jane Smith of Bedford, IN; two sisters, Helen Grubb of Bedford, IN, and Rose Hardwick of Florida; and one brother, J. Eugene Stafford of New Mexico. She was preceded in death by one brother, Gordon Stafford; and two sisters, Marguerite Davis and Roberta Boruff. For many years she was property manager for Presidential Estates in Madison, IN. She was a member of the First Christian Church and of the Eastern Star. Services for Clara Ellen Parham will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 3rd, at the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
