  Buried: Wayne Stafford of Bedford, IN, died Tuesday, February 26, 2002, at his residence. Born on January 31, 1924, in Monroe County, IN, he was the son of Claude and Pearl (Flynn) Stafford. He married Pauline Tolliver on December 17, 1942, and she survives. Surviving with his wife are are five children: Fran (Stafford) Cobb of Bedford, IN, Ann (Stafford) Hillenburg of Heltonville, IN, Danny Stafford of Heltonville, IN, Claude (Tom) Stafford of Bedford, IN, and Claudia Terri (Stafford) Stillions of Bedford, IN; three sisters, Linda (Stafford) Murphy of Columbus, IN, Kathleen (Stafford) Smith of Bedford, IN, and Naoma (Stafford) Pace of Bedford, IN; eighteen grandchildren, and thirty great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother, Dwight Stafford; one sister, Roberta (Stafford) Norman; and one brother-in-law, John Tolliver, Jr., with whom he had lived for thirty-five years. He worked at Indiana Limestone Company for twenty-three years and was a retired carpenter. He was a member and deacon at Judah Church of Christ. Services for Wayne Stafford will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 28th, at the Judah Church of Christ with Bro. Larry Ritter officiating. Burial will follow in Judah Church of Christ Cemetery.
