GUTHRIE, Ky. — Hazel B. Johnson Patterson, 90, Guthrie, died Sunday morning, June 28, 2009, at Spring Meadows Health Care Center, Clarksville, Tenn.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cook-Webb Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Baker officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Cemetery in Guthrie.

A native of Todd County, she was born Feb. 24, 1919, the daughter of the late Tom and Nettie Pippin Johnson.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Tiny Town Baptist Church.
Her husband, W.H. “Pat� Patterson, preceded her in death. Two daughters, Ana Mae Stuard and Nancy E. Hester, also preceded her in death.
She is survived by four sons, Henry Patterson Jr., Michigan, Edward R. Patterson, Jacksonville, Fla., Oliver O. Patterson, Tampa, Fla., Robert J. Patterson, Clarksville, Tenn.; two daughters, Dorothy L. Robinson, Hendersonville, Tenn., Barbara McNelly, Guthrie; 27 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.
