Virginia Lee Stafford, 88, Muncie, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 16, 2018, at home with her family at her side. She was born Tuesday, March 4, 1930, in Muncie, Indiana, the daughter of Clyde and Eleanor Miller.
Virginia graduated from Royerton High school, and later married Henry Lee Stafford. She loved going to church, walking and enjoying the outdoors. Virginia dearly loved all her children, grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Virginia was proceeded in death by her parents; husband, Henry Stafford; brothers, Scott Speidel Sr., and Donny Miller; daughters, Barbara Osborn, and Leona Whittenberg; three step children; and grandchildren, Henry Allen Casada and Jennifer Stafford.
She is survived by sons, Clyde (wife Debbie) Stafford, and John (wife Cynthia) Stafford; daughter, LeeAnn Woolum, two step children; sister in law, Hazel Hann; eight grandchildren, thirteen great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at Garden of Memory, 10703 North Old State Road 3, Muncie, Indiana 47303 on Wednesday, August 22, 2018, at 12:00 noon.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Virginia will be held at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, August 22, 2018, at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 900 West White River Boulevard, Muncie, Indiana with Pastor Jerry O'Neal officiating. Visitation will follow the services at the church.
