Obituary (newspaper clipping) - WARREN: Nellie Stafford, 92, died at 3 a.m. Tuesday at United Methodist Memorial Home, Warren. Her three husbands, Estel Barner, Harvey McConkey and Virgil Stafford, preceded her in death. Surviving are two sons, Louis Lee Barner of Las Cruces, N.M., and Ray Allen Barner of Fort Wayne; a daughter, Lois Landis of Chandler, Ariz.; four stepdaughters, Dorotha Yost of Fort Wayne, Donna Furlon of Massachusetts, Maxine Preda of Indianapolis and Marjorie La Hayne of Columbus; a stepson Ted Stafford of Bloomington; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at United Methodist Memorial Home, Warren. Calling from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the home. Services at 1 p.m. Friday at Klaehn, Fahl & Mellon Wayne Street Chapel Funeral Home, 420 W. Wayne St. Calling from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Burial in IOOF Cemetery, New Haven. Memorials to Colony Heights Church of Christ.
