  Obituary: Stafford, Jesse Francis January10, 2004   Jesse Francis Stafford, 77, of Cicero, died January 9, 2004. He was born June 11, 1926 in Noblesville to Kenneth G. and Gladys (Hoover) Stafford.Mr. Stafford was a farmer and worked at several grain elevators in the Arcadia and Aroma area. Hemarried Ruth Janelle (Nicely) Stafford who preceded him in death. Survivors include his daughters, Janelle F. Cox of Noblesville, Nancy L. Moon of Anderson and Connie L. Stafford of Cicero; brothers, Grant Stafford of Cicero and Edsel Stafford; sisters, Geraldine G. Hillard of Gulf Port, MI, Patricia Cummings of Cicero, Bertha Marcum of Chesterfield and Shirley Castor of Noblesville; granddaughter, Samantha Stafford of Cicero and aunt, Berta Hoover of Noblesville. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on January 12, 2004 at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel, with calling from 2 to6 p.m. January 11, 2004 at the funeral chapel. Burial at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
