  The Indianapolis News Thursday, April 20, 1989 "Services for Cecil R. Stafford, 76, Indianapolis, will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Stirling Fountain Square Mortuary, with calling from 9 a.m. until time of services. Stafford died Tuesday. He was a driver for Red Cab more than 20 years before retiring. Stafford was a member of Lanmark Baptist Church. Survivors-- daughters Kimberly Ann Garrison, Cathy Rose Smith, Sue Ann LeBeau; sisters Josephine Haines, Lucille Laugherty, Evelyn Carino, Bonnie Dozier; three grandchildren."
