  Angelyn S. Ford Florence - Angelyn Stafford Ford, 76, died Thursday, Jan. 22, 1998, at her residence after an illness. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25 in Waters-Powell Funeral Home chapel. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery. She was born in Bishopville, a daughter of the late Ned and Beulah Scarborough Stafford. She was the widow of Curtis R. Ford. She was a retired nurse from McLeod Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Ford was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors are a daughter, Sara Ford (Gary K.) Hamer of Columbia, Md.; a son, Curtis R. (Carolyn) Ford Jr. of Florence; and a sister, Ruth Peebles of Sumter. The family will receive friends at the residence, 1514 Jackson Ave., Florence.
