  Pansy Stafford Owen, 60, died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012. She was born Jan. 18, 1952, in Chesterfield, a daughter of the late William Lucas "Bill" Stafford and Martha Elizabeth Lewis Stafford. She was a 1970 graduate of Chesterfield High School and was also a graduate of Columbia Commercial College. Owen was a retired Chesterfield County Codes Enforcement Officer. She was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church. Survivors include husband, Jim Owen of the home, two daughters, Meghan E. (Josh) Faulkenberry of Chesterfield and Jamie D. Owen of Ruby, one brother, William L. Stafford of Chesterfield, two sisters, Barbara S. (Glenn) Gulledge of Cheraw and Jeanie S. (Jerry) King of Chesterfield, and two grandchildren.
