  GEORGE C. STAFFORD, 78, of Arlington, Tenn., formerly of Catlettsburg, husband of Phyllis Lambert Stafford, died Tuesday in Arlington. He was a tax consultant and former business owner in Catlettsburg. Also surviving are one son, George Stafford of Lexington; one daughter, Beth Reece of Arlington; and one brother, Paul Stafford of Lake Wales, Fla. Funeral 1 p.m. Friday at Neal Funeral Home, Catlettsburg; burial in Golden Oaks Cemetery, Ashland. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
