STAFFORD Walker Lee
passed away Mon, Nov 19, 2012, at St. Joseph Hospital after a long illness. Born September 4, 1923 in Owenton, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Walker and Margaret Stafford. He served in Italy during World War II. He graduated from the University of Kentucky and worked as a sales representative for Stauffer Chemical Company for thirty years. He was a district sales manager at his retirement. He was a long time member of Southland Christian Church. He is survived by his loving wife, Louise, and daughters Devon (Don) Roxberry, Valerie (Ed) McCaw, granddaughters Laura (Peter) Euler, Allison (Yancey) Marcum, and great-grandchildren Nola and Walker Marcum, and Stafford and Reed Euler. He is also survived by his sister Helen Pike and brothers Rex (Sandra) Stafford and Jerry (Sandy) Stafford; sisters-in-law Jane (Bob) Ritter and Annette (Norris) Kemper; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jim Stafford. Funeral services will be held at noon on Mon, Nov 26, 2012 at Milward-Southland. Visitation will be before the service, starting at 10am. Burial will be at the Owenton Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Hope Center or the American Diabetes Association .
