  Rex Dean Stafford, 83 of Owenton passed away Wednesday morning at his residence, Rex was the son of the late Walker L. and Margaret Rees Stafford. He was the husband of Sandra Dean Hundley Stafford of Owenton. Rex was a foreman for the State Highway Department, A Korean War Air Force Veteran and a member of the Owenton First Baptist Church. Besides his wife, He is survived by his son; Rex Dean Stafford II of Steamboat Springs, CO, Two Daughters; Candice (Brad) Hornbeck of Frankfort and Kitty (Tim) Cammack of Owenton. Three Grandchildren and Two Great Grandchildren. Also surviving are his brother; Jerry Stafford of Worthville and his sisiter; Helen Pike of Middletown, OH. He was also preceded in death by his two brothers; James Rees Stafford and Walker Lee Stafford. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 2pm at the Owenton First Baptist Church. Visitation will begin at 11am at the church.
