Romaine C. Conley, 82 of Pigeon Forge, Tenn., formerly of Williamson,
passed away Monday, March 29, 2010 at her residence.
She was born November 22, 1927 the daughter of the late Bascom and
Vada Castle Copley of Crum.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Conley,
owner of Conley Plumbing and Heating Company of Williamson, and sister,
Estelle Harris and brother, Troy Copley. She was a homemaker
and a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Williamson.
Survivors include two sons, Charles Ray (Lina) Conley of Sevierville, Tenn.,
and Danny Carl Conley of Pigeon Forge, Tenn.; one daughter, Donna Kay Bass
of Durham, N.C.; sister, Louella (Russell) McDaniel of Roanoke, Va.;
brother, Bascom (Freda) Copley of Columbus, Ohio; seven grandchildren,
Wendy (Mike) Rigsbee, Thomas (Melonie) Castle II, Mitzi Castle and
Tonia (Paul) Manzulich all of Durham, N.C., Tamara (Chris) Mount of
Proctorville, Ohio,Joshua (April) Conley of Sevierville, Tenn. and
Scotty (Karen) Conley of Seymour, Tenn., thirteen great-grandchildren,
one great-great-grandchild, several nieces, nephews, longtime friends and family.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 1 at R. E. Rogers
Funeral Home of Belfry with Larry Mullins officiating.Burial followed in
the Crum Cemetery. Crum with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
