  Birth: Oct. 24, 1926 Death: Aug. 9, 2006 Iola Edwards, 79, of Liberty, died Wednesday at Casey County Hospital. Born Oct. 24, 1926, in Casey County, she was a daughter of the late Herman H. and Mattie Zachary Stafford. She was a former employee of American Greetings Co., a member of Brush Creek Christian Church and attended Westside Christian Church. Survivors include two sons, James M. Buchanan Jr. and Phillip R. "Ronnie" Buchanan of Liberty; three brothers, Forrest "Bub" Stafford and Cecil E. "Dempsey" Stafford, both of Liberty, and William T. Stafford of Norwood, Ohio; and a sister, June Ward of Liberty. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Bartle Funeral Home by Marvin Shackleford. Burial will be in Brush Creek Cemetery.
