  MRS. HELEN STAFFORD RICE SEAFORD, VA- Mrs. Helen Stafford Rice, 77, of 1631 Back Creek Road, Seaford, formerly of the Princeton area, died Saturday November 23, 1991, at her home. Born August 6, 1914 in Princeton, she was a daughter of the late William Perry and Stella Elsie Acord Stafford. She was a homemaker and a member of the Zion United Methodist Church of Seaford. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Morton (Poke) Rice. Survivors: son, James H. Miller of Seaford; daughter, Mrs. Sheila Cook of Seaford; sister, Mrs. Ila Reed of Spring Hill; four grandchildren.
