  William "Bill" was born to Emanuel and Emma (Huncovsky) Schneberger on a farm southeast of Cuba KS and died at Heartland Care Center in Belleville, KS. He received his education at rural schools near Cuba and Cuba Public Schools. He married Florence Hazel Stafford 3 Apr 1919 and two children were born to this union. Bill lived in Republic County his entire life except for his time in the US Marine Corps during World War I. Bill and Hazel farmed near Cuba until their retirement in 1979 when they moved to Belleville. Funeral services were held at Bachelor-Faulkner-Dart Memorial Chapel in Belleville on 25 Aug with interment at Belleville Cemetery with military honors.
