  Age 95, daughter of the late Maurice and J. Berniece Mays Stafford.  Wilma was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church. Wilma was a graduate of Edinboro College and received a B.S. in Education and a Master's of Education. Wilma was an elementary school teacher with Harbor Creek School district for 26 years, retiring in 1980.  Wilma is the widow of Wesley "Shorty" Bell.  Survivors include two sons, Atty. Kevin Bell (Darlene) of Carmel, Indiana and Dr. Blaine Bell (Claudia) of Erie; six grandchildren; one great-grandson; and three step-grandchildren.
