Age 93, a daughter of the late Elmer Stafford and Enid Francis Stafford Dalrymple.
She lived in the Erie area all her life, and had worked as a bookkeeper at AKD Printing Co. in Erie for more than 20 years, retiring in 1966. She was a member of Garden Heights Baptist Church, where she was treasurer of the Missionary Society and of the Missionary Cupboard Group. She was secretary of the Stella O'Shea Circle of Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, and a member of Lighted Steeple People Senior Citizens group at Emmanuel. She enjoyed knitting and gardening.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey W. Rathbun, in 1945; three children in infancy*, June Audry, Barbara Jane, and Diane; a stepsister, Lillian Davis; and a grandson,Gregory Owens.
Survivors include two daughters, Lois Owens and her husband, Richard, of Erie, and Mary Alice Rathbun of Berkeley, Calif.; two grandchildren; a stepbrother, Stanley Dalrymple; and two great-grandchildren.
