  Thomas W. Stafford, 94, of Bear, DE, passed away August 12, 2010 at Christiana Hospital. Born in Montchanin, DE on November 21, 1915, Tom was the son of the late Frederick and Mary Wier Stafford, Summit DE.. He was a dairy farmer for 35 years, worked for Eastern States Farmers Coop. He then retired from Agway, Rising Sun MD. as a store manager. After his retirement, he worked for Virture Realty specializing in farm acreage. Tom was an avid apiarist and gardener He is survived by two sons, William Stafford of Bear, DE and Thomas Stafford of Colorado; 3 Grand grandchildren,1 Step-grand child; and his sister, Margaret Stafford of Wilmington. He was preceded in death by his wife Anna who died in 1994.
