  Rick, age 50 of Miami Twp. passed away unexpectedly on Sunday December 5, 2004 at Kettering Medical Center. He was the son of Howard & Grace (Carmack) Stafford. He attended Trotwood-Madison High School, was employed by Brighton Gardens as a nursing assistant, and was a member of a 60's band "The Mice". He was preceded in death by his mother, grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Willie H. Carmack and uncle Cecil E. Carmack. He is survived by his lady, Cathy Pattenger, his 2 children Carlos and Dawnita, his father and step-mother Howard & Janice Stafford, brother Howard "Bogie", sisters Pamela, Debra, Kimberly, Tyra and Angela, aunt Gladys Parrish and numerous cousins, other relatives and friends too.
