  AGED MAN DIED WEDNESDAY NIGHT M. V. Minnich, 86, died Wednesday night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Joseph H. Hartman, 1133 Mason street, from the results of a fall which he received on May 17. At that time he dislocated his right shoulder and sustained other injuries from which he did not recover. He was born in Clark county. For 3-1/2 years, he had made his home with his daughter, besides whom he leaves his widow, Mrs. Amoret Minnich. Funeral services will be held at the residence Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Burial will be made in Ferncliff cemetery. Friends are requested to please omit flowers. (Copied from the Springfield Daily News, Thursday, August 21, 1919).
