Parents: David Elkanah Dulaney, Virginia Sue Eaton
Jesse T. Dulaney, 78, a retired Norfolk and Western Railway employee, died Saturday at the home of his son, J. T, Dulaney Jr., in Portsmouth.
Additional survivors include a daughter. Mrs.. Helen D. Wiggington, Patrick Air Force Base, Fla.; four grandchildren; two brothers, Frank E. Dulaney, Roanoke, Clyde Dulaney, Athens, .Ga.; a sister, Mrs. Mabel D. Hageyi Bristol, Tenn.
Funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at DeVilbiss Funeral Home by the Rev. Clarence Dishman, with burial in Sunrise Cemetery Active pallbearers will be Howard Lester, Kelly Buckland. W. L Shrewsbury, Arthur McNeil. Harry McCoy.and Carl Buckland. Honorary pallbearers will be Hon. Ted. Dalton, Rep. Richard Poff State Sen. James C. Turk, Charles Campbell, Robert Buckland, Elwood Buckland and maintenance and ways employees of the N. & W. Railroad:
