Mrs. Polly Irene Stafford, 37, of Cleveland, Ohio, formerly of Dublin, died Monday in a Cleveland hospital after a long illness. She was the wife of Ernest Blake Stafford. Also surviving are three daughters, Loretta, Brenda and Melissa Stafford at home; her father, Hurley Haga Sr, Dublin; seven sisters, Mrs. Lila Stephens, Pearisburg; Mrs, Geneva Mogan, Trenton, FL; Mrs. Louise Stafford and Mrs. Ruth Brewer; Mrs. Alean Myers, Miss Virginia Haga and Mrs. Linda Haga, all of Cleveland, OH; five brothers, Garnett, Willie, David Hurley Jr., Paul, and Woodrow Haga all of Dublin. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday from French's Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church at Dublin. Officiating wilt be the Rev. C.O. Bennett and the Rev. John Hash. Burial will be in the Pentecostal Holiness, Headquarters Cemetery, Dublin. The body will be taken from A Vest and Sons Funeral Home at White Gate to the home of a brother, David Haga, Dublin, at 10 a.m. Friday.
