  Bertha Louise Stafford, age 88 of Rochester Hills, passed away Tuesday November 16, 2010 in Crittenton Hospital. She was born November 17, 1921 in Reed City to Charles and Bertha Goldammer. She was raised in Reed City and was a 1939 Graduate of Reed City High School. On April 14, 1941 she was married at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Reed City to Norris T. Stafford, who passed away on August 17, 1965. Bertha and Norris owned and operated several theaters in Michigan and Bertha also served the Reed City area as Justice of the Peace for many years. She was a longtime member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Reed City. She is survived by her daughter Sally O'Brien of Rochester Hills, son Jeffrey (Diana) Stafford of Beaver Falls, PA and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11 AM Saturday November 20, 2010 at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Reed City with Rev. Dawn Pooley officiating. Burial will be at Woodland Cemetery, Reed City. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Hospice of Michigan and envelopes are available at the church where friends may call 10 AM Saturday November 20, 2010 until service time.
