  STAFFORD, Elsie K. 253 E. Sherman Ave. 24 years old died yesterday at Hurley Hospital From a complications of diseased, after a illness of four weeks. She was born in Missouri on Dec. 6, 1904 the daughter of Jessie and Ida (Dockins) Rodgers. On Aug. 2, 1924 she married Theodore Stafford at St. Louis MO.and came to Flint 2 years ago. She leaves her Husband one son Gerlie at home. Mother Mrs. Ida Rodgers of Flint. Sister Mrs. Bessie Ballard of Flint, and 2 brothers John Rodgers and Jess Rodgers of Flint. Burial took place in Gracelawn Cemetery. Mrs. Stafford was Preceded in death by father Jessie A. Rodgers in 1924.
