  Mary Elizabeth Stafford Cheek was 79 years of age when she passed away at her home in Hermitage, Davidson, Tennessee on October 24, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. Liz was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother, sister and friend. She will be remembered by her smart, generous spirit, her kindness. She was adventurous and traveled all over the world. She was spirited, and brave. She moved her family to Belgium in the 1970's giving her children a sense of unlimited abilities. She worked hard and had a great career at Delta Dental of Tennessee for 25 years. She enjoyed life to the fullest, and was always ready for a new adventure and ready to travel with family and friends.
