  The more Genealogy I do, the more I realize that families married each other years ago---that would never happen these days (2013).. Here's an example ---and there are many others! Joshua Henderson Bruce was married twice... He was first married to Margaret Anderson Hoge (1825-1870). They were married in 1844 and had 7 children (born between 1846 and 1867).  When Margaret died in 1870, Joshua married his sister-in-law's daughter. The sister-in-law was Elizabeth Howe Hoge Eaton (sister of Margaret Anderson Hoge). Her daughter was Julia Kerr Eaton (1837-?).
