  Shirley Dean Isenhour Stafford, 71, of Hickory, passed away July 7, 2007, at Frye Regional Medical Center.  She was born March 16, 1936, in Caldwell County to the late Daniel Isenhour and Irene Kirby Isenhour Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Claude William Stafford; and brothers, Stewart Isenhour, Carroll Isenhour and David Isenhour.  Survivors include a son, Richard Stafford and wife, Kim, of Hickory; a daughter, Deborah Henefield and her husband, David, of Texas; a brother, Edward Isenhour of Granite Falls; and grandchildren, Heather Stafford of Hickory, James Stafford of Charlotte and Kent Moretz of Hickory.
