  Puslished in the Skagit Valley Herald, Mount Vernon, WA October 12, 2012 Millard "Millie" Stafford died peacefully on October 10, 2012 at Envoy at the Meadows in Gochland, Virginia. She was 93 years young. She lived in the Skagit Valley from Marblemount to Concrete for many years of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents Olive Lent and Millard Harrison, her husband James H. Stafford, and her daughter Emily White. She leaves behind numerous family members including: sisters, step-children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
