  Annie married Bernard Stafford on January 18, 1915 in Charlotte, NC. They are listed on the 1920 census as living in Dillon Co., SC.  1930 census shows that Annie was still married and living with her cousin Addella Leonide Byerly in Forsyth Co. The same census shows that Bernard was married but living with his parents in Kernersville.  Annie's brother, John Lowrey's 1956 obituary refers to her as Annie Lowrey of Latta, SC (Dillon Co.) In 1960, her obituary lists her as Mrs. Annie Lowrey Stafford.  Bernard's death record in 1959 lists him as divorced. He is buried at Kernersville Moravian Church. No death record has been found for Annie. It appears that she and Bernard did not have any children.
