SEARLES - Ellsworth, 79, of 810 Glendale Dr., Endicott, died Friday morning at Ideal Hospital. Survived by his wife, Esther Searles, Endicott; 2 sons, Clifford and Roger Searles, both of Endicott; 1 step-son, Harry Eldredge, Binghamton; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; a brother, Clarence Searles, Elmira Heights; 1 sister, Mrs. Alberta Gowan, Waverly, N.Y.; several nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Susquenango Power Squadron and a member of the Endicott Church of the Nazarene. Funeral and interment service will be held 10 a.m. Monday at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 East Main St., Endicott. The Rev. Glenn Evans, pastor of the Endicott Church of the Nazarene, will officiate. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to be made to the Endicott Church of the Nazarene Memorial Fund. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 2-4.
