BERTHA LAMBERT
(1934-2018)
Mrs. Bertha Mae Fultz Stafford Lambert, age 83, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Monday morning, July 2, 2018, at her residence.
She was born August 16, 1934, in Carter County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Sam and Charity Thompson Fultz.
Bertha was of the Church of God faith and she enjoyed going to church, flea markets, and yard selling.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 9 years, James Milton Stafford; two sons, Harold Gene Lowe and one infant son; four brothers, John Paul Fultz, Plummer Fultz, Franklin Fultz and Sam Fultz Jr; and one sister, Justine Reeves.
Bertha is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Phyllis Stafford; four grandchildren, Joe and Patty Stafford, Christopher and Lacy Stafford, Donna Pearl Lowe, and Sarah Beth Lowe; six great grandchildren, Jacob Stafford, Conner Stafford, Erica Stafford, Gemma Stafford, Taylor Pearl Lowe, and Sean Pearl Lowe; one brother and sister-in-law, Ray Fultz and Floragene; and a very special friend, Jim Callihan. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 4, 2018, at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, Kentucky, with Brother Elijah Wagoner officiating. Burial will follow in the Bowen Chapel Cemetery in Olive Hill, Kentucky.
Friends may visit from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2018, and after 9 a.m. on Wednesday at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West Highway US 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky 41164.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
